Kristel Mitra , Consultant at JP Caliber, Studied in University of East Major in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She has gained her 3 years of experience working in BPO sector where she was trained and involved in providing customer service and technical solutions to US and Australia citizens.
Mid-year of 2015, she decided that with her Customer Service and Technical Support experience, she develop an ability to speak technology jargons with her peers which then brought out the passion of being a people person and geared herself to “Changing Lives “for the better in the technology space.
During her 3 years of recruitment in Malaysia, she has specialized in Digital and Technology supporting Mid to Senior Level of recruitment. She has won numerous awards in recruiting Caliber Talent’s within the industry of Technology and Digital which followed through with customer satisfaction. She will continue her passion in supporting Digital and Technology ecosystem she has built.

Varsha is a self-motivated, talent acquisition professional with experience as an in-house recruiter, agency recruitment, account management and a consultant with a proven track record which focused in providing a better future for Technology pool of candidate. She recruited mid-level to senior resources in the technology industry specializing in Developers, Infrastructure and Enterprise Resource Planning in Mumbai, India, with experience in the Indian talent market. She then moved to Malaysia and supported the Australian talent market focused on identifying top talent mainly for the Australian Government as her client. Later part of the grind includes working for contracting division with Ambition as this was completely a new ball game for her.
She’s able to demonstrate great skills, providing positive solution feedback to clients and candidates. She is able to generate out of the box recruiting strategies & has a strong understanding in recruiting various technology professionals. Inclusive of her capability of identifying top niche tech candidates, she has a great personality with a sense of accountability and responsibility which reflects on client and candidate satisfaction with quick turnarounds on delivery .. Dimple Jain joins the team as a Senior Consultant carrying with her 7 years of experience in recruitment specializing in Technology and Engineering. Dimple completed her post-graduation at Madras University Chennai equipped with her certification Master of Business Administration majoring in Human Resource.
Dimple possesses an exceptional ability to understand business needs & build rapport with hiring managers. Natasha has several working experiences involving to customer relations. She has worked in the telecommunicating industry and has experience in doing sales. Building her career as an associate consultant here at JP Caliber is an opportunity for her growth in the recruitment industry an provide opportunities in “Changinglives” for the better. In her role as Associate Consultant, Natasha will play a role of a support function within the business at JP Caliber which is vital towards the growth of the business at JP Caliber.
Natasha has graduated with major’s in Human Resource Management and a fresh graduate from International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW). Natasha has past experiences in organizing events during her studies, it helps to boost her confidence as well as her communication skills. With her people passion and her background in Human Resource, understanding the human behavior in the working industry is a plus point for her current role.
During her past time, she enjoys hanging with friends also interacting and growing her circle of friends from young to matured age group of people. She is an outgoing and cheerful person, but she appreciates personal time for herself occasionally. She likes cooking, shopping, listening to music and reading.

Shayka Shahid Joyee, Associate Consultant at JP Caliber, completed her Graduation from University of Malaya in Bachelors of Business Administration (majoring in Finance and Marketing). She has successfully completed 20 weeks of internship as Assistant Talent Acquisition Specialist in a renowned BPO company. Her extended working exposure was regarded with several Certificates of Appreciation too.
Worth mentioning, during her internship period, she led the entire Intern Team and showed outstanding performance by closing several positions, namely, Information Technology based Inside Sales Account Manager, Customer Service, Account Strategist, Digital Marketing Consultant, Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, Business Analyst, Digital Demand Generation Representative and many more. She effectively took part in successful global talent hunting from various career fairs held in Universities and Commercial Platforms. Such wide array of activities at a very early stage of her career path helped her to assimilate the art of HR Recruitment and the end to end process of global talent acquisition. Besides, she is always ready to accept new challenges and convert the hardships into opportunities for her as well as for the business.
During her University period, she led the core team of HULT Prize Kuala Lumpur Regional Summit 2019, Model United Nations (MUN) programs, which strengthen her teamwork, leadership and communication skills. Lin joins JP Caliber as an associate consultant in 2020, in which prior to this, she was on her five years career break pursuing her PhD, majoring in organisational-industrial psychology at the University of Nottingham. Her research area primarily focuses on employee engagement, well-being, retention and HR strategy. With an in-depth understanding of employees’ needs and nature, Lin hopes to bring a strategic approach for organisational effectiveness in impacting positive work environment and mapping the future young talents in the corporate.
Her previous work experience was with one of the big 4 consulting firms, in charge of acquiring talents for professional hiring whereby she has demonstrated her independency and skills in successful placement for niche positions – IT and business processes services. Apart from that, her very first job upon graduating was undertaking recruitment role of junior-level hiring and conducting marketing activities to engage young sales advisors in a reputable insurance firm.
As an individual, she enjoys travelling and constantly involves with volunteering work during her spare time. On the personal note, she strongly believes in giving positive shoulders and warmth to whomever she comes in contact as it could deliberately change a person’s day and brings the light of joy.
